Design and Contract Administration

By rigorously working to define your brief and applying this rigour to design drawings and specifications, we reduce the risk of construction projects going over budget, being delayed or not meeting your expectations. Our MEES compliance reports provide budget estimates for improving EPC ratings and we can deliver detailed Net Zero Carbon reports for those who have committed to that strategy. Once ESG improvements are identified, we integrate the required works into planned maintenance programmes to reduce costs and disruption. Detailed budget estimates and real time data reporting then help you track progress. Improvement works are managed by our project management team for cost, quality and programme peace of mind.
