Sustainability

We can help ensure commercial properties comply with the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) regulations. Properties with an F or G Energy Performance Certificate rating cannot be sold or let to new tenants, and from April 2023 this will apply to existing tenancies. We can review your portfolio, recommend and manage improvement works, and advise on exemptions.
