Corporate Responsibility
In the context of global momentum towards sustainable development, we see our corporate responsibility and sustainability commitments as a core driver of our activities and a powerful lever of innovation and performance.
In 2017, we launched our new global CSR strategy Inspire Real Estate 2020, developed in consultation with 6,600 key stakeholders across Europe, which sets out a clear vision for our role as a private sector actor in the conversation around sustainable growth.
Economic responsibility
By working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, we aim to develop innovative product and service offers that support the social and environmental objectives of our clients, while guaranteeing transparency in our ethics and governance.

Environmental responsibility
We work to continually reduce the direct and indirect impact of our external activities and our own operations, and use environmental quality as a lever of tangible and intangible performance improvement. We aim to use our real estate expertise to support climate change mitigation and help develop smart and sustainable real estate solutions.
Social responsibility
We are committed to enriching the knowledge and skills of our employees and building a healthy, flexible and innovative work environment that supports mental and physical wellbeing. We have a proactive approach to diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities, enhanced by six employee networks.

Civic responsibility
We are committed to supporting local initiatives in the communities in which we operate, and to being a positive advocate for change in the real estate industry. We are a Foundation Partner and ongoing supporter of property industry charity LandAid.
