To ensure the development meets the highest ESG credentials, from its breathable façade to the provision of a multi-function amenity space, we’re rigorously monitoring progress, build quality and compliance with the design brief. As the design has progressed over the pandemic, we’ve encouraged the developer to introduce a touchless journey for occupiers as they move through the building.
