Following successful fund monitoring on Battersea phase two, our team was appointed by the future owners of this exemplar 243K sq ft, office development, designed by one of the world’s greatest architectural firms. Our mission is to provide the technical support and oversight to our client, checking the specification will meet the demands of future occupiers with a working environment that they can be truly proud of.
To ensure the development meets the highest ESG credentials, from its breathable façade to the provision of a multi-function amenity space, we’re rigorously monitoring progress, build quality and compliance with the design brief. As the design has progressed over the pandemic, we’ve encouraged the developer to introduce a touchless journey for occupiers as they move through the building. With its own building platform app offering every conceivable type of live information, from practical to social, this development will be a tech persons dream.
To be at the forefront of ESG design, the building is looking to achieve the highest possible accreditations, targeting BREEAM outstanding and Platinum Well Core and Wired Score. This office development may also be one of the first to receive Smart Score accreditation as part of this new pilot scheme.
