Our experienced Account Managers act as a single point of contact with ultimate responsibility for the co-ordination and delivery of services across our business. Working across a spectrum of sectors across EMEA on an exclusive or framework basis, we operate across our entire real estate business and the wider BNP Paribas Group, to convert strategy into transactional execution.

We manage over 17 million sq ft of occupier property and have a track record of mitigating risk to our clients, whilst driving OPEX cost savings. By challenging landlord costs and working with our clients Facility Management providers  and third parties, we have saved our clients over £5 million in 2021. 

Our dedicated, UK based Occupier Client Finance team provides a wide variety of services, governed by Bank level controls and procedures. These services include client accounting and reporting, cash and banking, accounts payable and credit control, IFRS 16 reporting and budgeting & forecasting. Along with our Client Finance and Estates Management teams, we work together to ensure greater levels of control and efficiency, with no language or time barriers.

Our dedicated Data Services team extract lease data using a bespoke  electronic five stage process, ensuring accurate and detailed information is stored on both our own and your management systems. This five stage electronic process allows for the clear auditing of data, assisting you with your occupier strategy.

By capturing critical dates via our five stage process and the timely provision of reporting, we help you drive business strategy and mitigate the risk of missing key dates across your portfolio. We provide Critical Action Plans (CAPs) to manage critical dates, liaise with key client stakeholders, solicitors and other third party contractors to guarantee the compliant and timely delivery of critical dates.

Our web based Client Portal provides high level dashboards with the ability to drill down on lease specific data. Available 24/7, the portal provides you with the ability to run your own reporting on your property portfolio. A job tracking tab allows you to access real time updates on all ongoing jobs, whether management or critical date related.
