Fiona is Head of Human Resources, job-sharing this role with Vicky Ryan, where both have responsibility for developing a clear people strategy which supports our business and the development of our teams. The role is an Executive Board position.
A seasoned human resources professional, she is experienced at managing senior stakeholder relationships within global organisations and coaching senior managers through complex change programmes.
She drives high performance, collaboration and talent management by giving people exciting and challenging roles, building teams and supporting them every step of the way.
