The challenge

Our client required an innovative approach to the management of a five-acre office campus in central London encompassing residential, commercial, leisure and retail assets, and a number of listed buildings. We were appointed to provide a property management solution that could deliver a first class environment embracing innovation, wellbeing, placemaking and best practice. 

 

The solution

We successfully collaborated with the client to accelerate fabric and services upgrade programmes, ensuring the built environment was consistently maintained in good order. We also supported on the delivery of a brand new retail and leisure quarter, public realm improvements and an innovative new customer service offering, which has been used by the client as a marketing tool in leasing activities to demonstrate added value over competing schemes. Our overall management strategy has transformed the estate from a mundane environment to an attractive, high-profile, multi-service offering.
