The challenge

Following the purchase of Winnersh Triangle by Frasers Property in September 2017, a new approach to letting strategy and marketing was required, particularly given that a number of the larger office occupiers were looking to consolidate into less space. 

 

The solution

A proactive approach to leasing was adopted, with BNP Paribas Real Estate undertaking simultaneous surrenders to right-size existing tenants and granting new leases to new occupiers. In the past 12 months, we have agreed nine new leases, totaling 195,000 sq ft.
