The London Borough of Southwark has an incredibly diverse portfolio, with lots ranging in value from £150,000 to £45 million. They required expert advice on a range of site-specific and area-wide property and development issues.


The solution

Our advice included supporting Section 123 sign-off on property disposals, offering property and viability advice in support of the Old Kent Road Area Action Plan, and providing viability advice in support of the council’s Community Infrastructure Levy.
