The solution
The management of lease data was key, enabling BNP Paribas Real Estate to accurately manage a treasury service, whilst also being able to advise accurately on critical data. Accurate data has enabled us to assist on a comprehensive strategy, involving the disposal of surplus properties, the restructuring of leases and the execution of critical dates. By holding accurate data, we have been able to challenge occupational costs, creating substantial savings for the client over a prolonged period.
