National Grid appointment to deliver land management and transaction services

London, 27th April 2023 - BNP Paribas Real Estate has been appointed by National Grid UK Limited to deliver land management and transaction services, following a robust and comprehensive procurement process via a Negotiated Procedure Route (AfIBA reference is WS3204239589), subject to Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (UCR).

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been awarded an initial five year contract, which includes the option to extend for up to an additional three years (five plus three).
