The challenge

An immediate void was created in the client’s portfolio following Palmer & Harvey going into administration. As a result, a marketing campaign was needed within a short time period. 

 

The solution

Using our established relationships and market intelligence, we contacted a number of well-known occupiers to make them aware of the opportunity. Due to strong demand, we initiated a ‘best-bids’ tender process ahead of any landlord refurbishment. This led to securing a letting to Booker Retail Partners for a term of 15 years at a market leading headline rent, with minimal incentives given away.
