The challenge

Knotel, the world’s leading flexible workspace platform, were a relatively new entrant to the London market at a time when many new serviced operators were active. BNP Paribas Real Estate served as Knotel’s advisor to help identify the right real estate within the City market, along with the right landlord to partner with.

The solution

BNP Paribas Real Estate comprehensively searched the City market for conventional office opportunities which met the brief. We drew up a shortlist and issued RFP’s on several options.

We identified an opportunity that allowed for future expansion within the building, in turn allowing Knotel the ability to offer full-floor, tailored workspace to their customers on flexible terms.

As a firm, we continue to support Knotel’s expansion plans through acquisition of new spaces, while also disposing of the space acquired as a managed offer.
