The client required strategic acquisition advice with a view to securing a landmark tower redevelopment opportunity.

 

The solution

We advised CIT on the acquisition of Finsbury Tower, a 280,000 sq ft re- development opportunity located within the Old Street ‘tech hub’, one of the most exciting office sub-markets in London. It has since secured planning consent and construction has commenced.
