The challenge

The client required a number of services in relation to Devonshire House, an iconic building in the heart of Mayfair. These included lease re-gearing, refurbishment design, an effective letting campaign and eventual sale.

The solution

We worked closely with the architectural team to redesign the building to make it more appealing to West End financial occupiers. Following a letting campaign that delivered 100% occupancy, we successfully sold the building for £400 million. We were subsequently appointed by the purchaser, Pontegadea, to advise on leasing strategy, refurbishment and lettings.
