Affordable Housing

Working closely with our National Planning, Agency, Development Viability and Banking colleagues, we’re uniquely positioned to provide brokerage advice, facilitating the delivery of affordable housing across the country.

We advise landowners and developers with the marketing and disposal of affordable housing secured through Section 106 agreements, as well as identifying sites suitable for 100% affordable delivery. We help de-risk the delivery of affordable housing by working alongside developers during the planning stage to ensure a strong level of interest from Registered Provider’s in the final product.

For acquisitions we advise Registered Provider’s, Local Authorities, and investors in acquiring Section 106 agreements, identifying land opportunities and stock transfers that enhance their portfolios and deliver social value.
