Vicky is Head of Human Resources, now job-sharing this role with Fiona Biddle, where both have responsibility for developing a clear people strategy which supports our business and the development of our teams. The role is an Executive Board position.
She has a BSc in Psychology and MA in Human Resource Management and has been with BNP Paribas Real Estate UK for over 14 years. In 2017, during the acquisition of Strutt & Parker, Vicky stepped in as interim Head of HR, to manage the acquisition for approximately 1,000 employees. She became Head of HR permanently in 2021.
Vicky is an experienced HR professional and a key member of the Executive Board. She works in partnership with the UK and international teams to ensure that the business safely navigates its challenges, whilst still successfully operating and delivering as a HR team.
People are a key component of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK’sgrowth strategy, and Vicky has a particular focus on employee retention and engagement. In partnership with her team she enjoys driving high performance, collaboration with key stakeholders and management of our top talent by identifying opportunities, challenging roles, building teams and relationships that support our employees throughout their career.
Vicky organised for a team from BNP Paribas Real Estate UK to take part in the UK Nine Peaks Challenge, which involved climbing the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales back to back. They completed the challenge in just under 63 hours, and raised in excess of £30,000 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
