As Head of Rural Rhodri Thomas oversees Strutt & Parker’s work in management, advisory and long-term planning for agricultural estates and property portfolios for private and institutional clients.
His experience also extends to large once-in-a-lifetime projects, including significant infrastructure projects like Hinkley C, the largest civil engineering project in Europe today.
Focusing on the quality of service and care of clients has resulted in some very long-term relationships, some spanning his entire 29-year career at Strutt & Parker.
Rhodri prides himself in giving the same level of care to a small client as he would the biggest, presuming nothing, so that advice is always the best for the particular circumstances.
Providing the right working environment and practices for his team is a key focus, particularly supporting working parents, their return to work and ensuring they have successful careers.
Outside of work, he is Chair of Governors for Sandroyd Preparatory School, and a member of the Development Board of Naomi House and Jacksplace Hospice.
