London, 13th November 2023 - BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Charlotte Fullard as senior associate director within its office agency team.
Charlotte will be based in the Birmingham office, and joins following almost 4 years at Vail Williams where she headed its commercial agency. She has 22 years’ experience as an office agent, and is adept at both disposals and acquisitions having previously acted for clients including Real Estate Investors plc, Hortons Estate and Ingeus UK Limited.
Fullard will work alongside Mark Robinson and Julie Perks, bringing a number of clients and property portfolios with her, to bolster the total instructions that the team are currently acting on to over 1m sq ft, and further drive the team’s tenant representation offering.
