The Living sectors performed well in Q4 2023, despite the challenging backdrop, and the slowdown in the delivery of new supply to the housing and healthcare markets is likely to underpin rental growth in 2024.
Whilst the impact of the higher interest rate environment remained a challenge to both transactions and developments across the Living sectors, the anticipated rate cuts in 2024 should translate to an improvement in sentiment and lead to more market activity.
