With a shift in occupier thinking around location selection starting before the pandemic but really coming to the fore now, our Research team also discussed their new location analysis tool, Next X, which can help occupiers look at towns and cities differently, in order to deliver their business strategies.
Our experts were also joined by David Isteed, Group Head of Property at Amey, who shared his experiences of operating during the pandemic and potential future office occupation models.
