Our Q1 2020 report on the UK Build-to-Rent sector has just been released.
Key findings include;
- The build-to-rent sector was busy in the first few weeks of the year with investors and developers active in the market. However by the end of the quarter COVID-19 had started to impact on market activity across all sectors.
- Over the longer term it is expected that the number of households in the private rented sector will increase. In particular demand for build-to-rent will grow.
