The challenge
We were appointed to advise on a business plan for our client that would maximise the returns from the property and meet their medium-term strategic objectives, which included carrying out a refurbishment programme on part of the property.
The solution
We successfully secured new lettings to start concurrently with tenant breaks and expiries, eliminating any potential voids. We also secured short-term lettings to minimise costs until refurbishment works began, and have successfully carried out rent reviews and dilapidation negotiations.
