BNP Paribas Real Estate was instructed to advise DTZ Investors on the sale of warehouse units A & B on Kingston Gateway in Milton Keynes.

The challenge

DTZ Investors required advice on the disposal of two individual warehouse units totalling 178,773 sq ft, at Kingston Gateway in Milton Keynes. The units are currently let to Culina Logistics Ltd and Macfarlane Group UK Ltd, with nine years to lease expiries with no breaks. 

 

The solution

We achieved the sale of both units at a price of £25.3 million to Aberdeen Asset Management in December 2018. Not only did this figure indicate the prime value of the assets, but it also reflected an impressive net initial yield of 4.53%.
