Top Early Career Talent Helping us to Grow from Grass Roots

September marks a significant milestone for our newest members of Early talent with 23 fresh new faces joining BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker.

The scheme is made up of graduates, placement students, and apprentices, as they link up with the remainder of our Early Talent cohort to complete our intake for 2021.  

Designed to inspire, encourage and support a new generation entering into the world of Real Estate – our Early Talent Strategy forms an integral part of our mission to put our people at the heart of our business, and cultivate expertise across all areas of BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker. 

Over the course of the next 12months - 5 years, our Early Talent cohort will gain valuable work experience with the aim of helping them secure permanent positions on completion of their professional qualifications
