In 2021, Nuveen Real Estate, a leader in responsible investing, appointed BNPPRE as sole property manager across their growing European office portfolio.
Assets are currently located in five major European countries with over 40% (2m sq ft) in the UK, including some of the most prestigious and cutting-edge office buildings, such as 70 St Mary Axe, London.
Alongside Nuveen, we are developing an exciting new approach to property management, partnering on a new pan-European office operating platform to manage the firm’s existing and future assets. With a unique customer focused delivery model centred on ESG and tech, the bar of traditional property management is being raised.
With offices in the portfolio at different stages of their sustainability journey, it’s a complex project. However, with in-depth experience of managing and coordinating property management services across Europe and exceptionally high standards of compliance and governance, our approach to ESG performance will be detailed and consistent.
The objective is to support our client in achieving their ambitious tomorrow’s world sustainability goals which prioritise sustainability, community, health and wellbeing.
