Case Study

Rebranding Belgrave House

Delivering a forward-thinking rebrand strategy and cohesive brand identity aligned with the new era of Belgrave House to attract new occupiers and higher rent value.

The Challenge

Following a three-floor vacancy within the building, Belgrave House is currently undertaking a large-scale redevelopment to attract new occupiers and higher rent value. This redevelopment has required a tailored, forward-thinking rebrand strategy to align with the new architectural design and ensure the leasing team were well equipped from the outset.

Our Approach

The team project managed the rebrand strategy and execution, commencing from the brief, tender and procurement of the creative agency including workshop facilitation and focused client and stakeholder coordination. With complete oversight of the agency, the team ensured budget was maintained and the asset rollout aligned with the client vision and market needs.

The new brand was communicated to existing occupiers through a soft launch event as well as dedicated leasing events to launch the building onto the market. This was supported by a strong brand position and narrative, visual identity, tone of voice, photography, occupier guides and communications.

Successful Outcome

The clear and cohesive brand identity aligned with the new era of the building, refreshing the leasing opportunities and cementing an engaged and informed occupier group within the building.
