BNP Paribas Real Estate today announced the promotion of Tanisha Krishnan to Head of Workplace UK.
Tanisha joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2022 and has played a pivotal role in guiding organisations through complex cultural, technological, and organisational transformations with innovative workplace strategies that deliver measurable value for clients such as Google, Microsoft, and Citi Bank.
Krishnan’s appointment forms the latest move in a strategic repositioning of the Tom Bolland led occupier solutions service line, which recently saw the promotion of Elaine Murphy to Head of Occupier Strategy, and the recruitment of Freddie Biss as Head of Occupier Business Development in the second half of last year.

Recent activity saw Tanisha lead the Arval BNP Paribas Group office design project, which won the Northern Design Awards category for Interior Design - Office Space £500k - £1m, setting a benchmark in aligning leadership and employee needs with tangible workplace outcomes.
