BNP Paribas Real Estate has further bolstered its Development and Planning team with the appointment of Rob Holloway as Senior Director.
Rob brings nearly two decades of consultancy expertise in development planning and transport strategy and joins from RSK where he held the role of Senior Associate Director for almost 3 years.
Holloway will play a pivotal role in supporting landowners, developers, and stakeholders to unlock the full potential of land and development opportunities. His comprehensive experience spans from early-stage site appraisals and site promotion, throughout the planning application process and discharge of conditions to delivery of the project to the market.
His career to date has included involvement in the full breadth of land development including residential, employment, infrastructure, and energy. Particularly notable projects include Bristol Airport expansion, Filton Airfield Redevelopment (Now Brabazon) for BAE, and Warrington Western Link Road for Warrington Borough Council and Balfour Beattie.
In his new role, Rob will work closely with Head of Development and Planning, Tom Stanley to further bolster the firm’s regional expertise. This will include utilising Rob’s experience in multidisciplinary project management to provide an overseeing role for landowners and a proactive management role for developers.
Rob will use his experience to make efficiencies and cost savings on our client’s development projects, drive the delivery of those projects forwards and ensure stakeholders are appropriately engaged, whilst providing a conduit to the existing breadth of services offered by BNP Paribas Real Estate. Rob will be based in Sheffield with a primary focus on the northern region and will utilise his skills to support our clients and colleagues across the UK.
