BNP Paribas Real Estate, part of the BNP Paribas Group, today announced the appointment of Nick Ridley as Head of Property Management Services. This strategic hire underscores the firm’s commitment to enhancing client services and operational excellence in the property management sector.
Nick brings over 25 years of industry experience, having previously served as Founder and CEO of HostScore, where he leveraged his extensive operational insight to transform workplace experiences. Prior to that, he led Cushman & Wakefield’s UK Asset Services division, guiding their transformation into a client-facing, operationally efficient organisation with a high-performance culture.
In his new role, Nick will drive technical excellence across BNP Paribas Real Estate’s property management services and enhance customer and end-user experiences. This appointment aligns with the firm’s focus on delivering optimal building performance and growing sustainable value for clients.
