BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Rory Banks as Senior Associate Director within its Industrial & Logistics team, further strengthening the firm’s agency offering across the UK.
Rory joins from Bidwells, where he spent more than nine years advising clients across the industrial and logistics sector, building extensive experience in agency and occupier markets.
Based in the firm’s London office, Rory will work closely with Ben Wiley and Sam Vyas, supporting occupiers, investors and developers with strategic leasing and acquisition advice across the sector.

Rory’s appointment follows Sam Vyas joining as Senior Director and Saffron Harding joining as Associate Director within the past year.
