HOMES ENGLAND REAPPOINTS BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE TO PROPERTY PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL FRAMEWORK

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been successfully reappointed to Homes England’s Property Professional and Technical Services Framework (Lot 1), reinforcing its position as a trusted adviser to the public sector and its role in supporting housing and regeneration delivery across England.

The new four-year framework commenced on 1 June 2026 and has an estimated contract value of approximately £115 million across the 15 appointed panel firms. The framework will support Homes England’s activities, including work for the National Housing Bank, while also providing a procurement route for a range of other public sector bodies to access specialist property advice and services.

The reappointment builds on BNP Paribas Real Estate’s longstanding relationship with Homes England and reflects the firm’s extensive expertise across valuation, development land sales and wider real estate advisory services.

The appointment creates significant opportunities for the firm’s Valuation and Development Land Sales teams, while also enabling BNP Paribas Real Estate to provide a broader range of services across its multidisciplinary offer, supporting public sector clients in delivering housing, regeneration and economic growth objectives.

David Couch, Senior Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate, commented: “Our reappointment to the Homes England framework is a significant achievement and demonstrates the confidence Homes England places in our teams and the quality of our advice.

Housing remains one of the UK’s most pressing challenges, and we are proud to play a role in supporting the delivery of new homes and communities. Drawing on the expertise of our valuation, development land and wider advisory teams, we look forward to helping Homes England and its partners accelerate housing delivery, unlock strategic sites and create lasting social and economic value.”
