BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced some key management changes following the launch of its new Management & Solutions business line. Steve Harber will take on the newly created role of UK Head of Management & Solutions, supported by Leighton Thomas as Head of Professional Services. Elaine Murphy moves into a new role as Head of Occupier Solutions and Nick Ridley becomes Head of Property Management. These appointments complement an already strong and experienced Management & Solutions leadership team.
- Steve Harber brings more than 28 years of experience with BNP Paribas Real Estate and has successfully led the firm's Property Management business for the past decade. He will be responsible for leading the Management & Solutions division in the UK and strengthening collaboration across the business and wider BNP Paribas Group.
- Leighton Thomas, who joined the business in 1996, will continue to lead Professional Services, including Lease Advisory, Rating, Building Consultancy and Occupier Solutions. His extensive market expertise and long-standing client relationships have established him as one of the firm's most experienced advisers.
- Elaine Murphy has spent 27 years with the business and has played a key role in the development of its Occupier Solutions offer. In her expanded role, she will lead the Occupier Solutions business across the UK with a focus on strengthening client relationships, broadening capability and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Nick Ridley joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2025 to lead Property Management Services. With more than 25 years of industry experience, including founding and leading HostScore and heading Cushman & Wakefield's UK Asset Services division, he brings significant expertise in building and scaling market-leading property management platforms.
