The client then needed to present the opportunity to their investors, together with a robust business plan that provided the confidence that the target return criteria could be met during the hold period.

We used our strong relationship with the asset’s existing owner to explore the potential of a disposal, with discussions conducted in strict confidence. We then provided the client with a well-researched asset management plan for their ownership of the asset, which satisfied their investors.
