04th April 2022, London - BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) today announced that Will Foster has been appointed as a Senior Director in its National Markets Office Agency team.
Foster joins BNPPRE following a 20-year career at Knight Frank where he held the role of Partner within the National Offices team, having started his career as a graduate at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Well regarded as one the leading agents specialising in the M25 and surrounding regional markets, he will work closely with Ed Smith, Head of National Markets Office Agency, as BNPPRE seeks to bolster its presence within these locations following a shift in office demand as a result of the uplift in the post-pandemic urban economy.
Foster has many excellent investor and developer client relationships that include Abstract Securities, Canmoor, Columbia Threadneedle, Mayfair Capital, Legal & General, Marick, M&G Real Estate, Royal London, Nuveen, CLS Holdings, Tritax, V7 and Surrey Country Council.

Will joins a 6 person strong team, which covers the Greater London and South East Region where clients include: Legal & General, Mitsubishi Estate, British Land, Brookfield, V7, Aegon, Royal London, Oval Estates, Astrea, Patrizia, The University of Surrey, Hermes, and Hammersmith & Fulham B.C.
His new role follows the recent appointment of Elliot McNish as Senior Associate Director, Office agency; Donna Rourke, ESG Director; Mike Umfreville, Head of Data Centres; James Carrington, Head of City Investment; Samantha Rowland, Head of Healthcare; Caroline McDade, Head of Planning; Jonathan Parrish, Senior Director of UK Hotels, and growth hires in key regional offices.
