BNP Paribas Real Estate has welcomed Jeff Field (previously Planning Chairman, JLL) to its team as Head of London Planning. Working across the client base for both Strutt & Parker and BNP Paribas Real Estate, Jeff joins the business at a pivotal time, strengthening its service offer for the commercial market in the capital.

His brief is to develop and consolidate our planning capabilities across all sectors in London for our existing portfolio of clients – across both brands – and beyond.”

Jeff joins BNP Paribas Real Estate with more than 30 years of experience. At JLL he advised clients in almost every London borough and prior to this he was at Cluttons, working principally in the West End and in South Kensington. He is experienced in undertaking due diligence on single site and portfolio transactions and has advised Shell, Legal and General, LaSalle and ExCeL on large scale commercial, retail and leisure schemes. He recently obtained permission in Staines for Aberdeen Standard for 253 residential units and more than 100,000 square foot of office space.

He is also a leading adviser to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the DfE's LocatED, having worked on more than a hundred school sites. Focusing on education and mixed use developments, he recently obtained permission for 114 units above a school in Ealing, as well as working on mixed use schemes in Tower Hamlets and Kingston.
