Whilst hotel occupancy was supported by stable demand in Q4 2023, the focus has now turned towards whether demand will soften as a result of weaker corporate and consumer spending.
For now, whilst sentiment remains positive, the outlook remains one of caution with investors focussed on what the positive impact of falling inflation and economic recovery might bring to the hotel sector.
