The challenge
The site comprises a locally Listed Building within a Conservation Area, which meant any design solution needed to be sensitive and take account of these heritage assets.
The solution
The scheme fully restores the neo-classical Victorian façade of the locally Listed Building, whilst regenerating the site with a mix of hotel, residential and restaurant uses.
