A major multinational corporation was looking to secure a new London HQ. Though there were options in town, our client had exacting standards and wasn’t interested in what they felt compromised their vision for a sustainable, architecturally exciting landmark office space to house their people.
We rolled up our sleeves to help them identify an ideal, albeit complex, development site. We negotiated its purchase and provided a myriad of other services from development advisory and project management, to structuring a sale and leaseback and lease surrender on their previous city HQ.
The end result? A multi-award winning, iconic new building which achieves our client’s sustainability and design objectives and that is the perfect home for their next chapter.
