BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE STRENGTHENS ITS BUILDING CONSULTANCY TEAM WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF ANDREW DOBSON

BNP Paribas Real Estate has expanded its Building Consultancy team with the addition of Andrew Dobson as a Senior Director. He will play an instrumental role in managing a growing client portfolio both in the UK and Europe.

 

Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked over 21 years in property consultancy and building surveying with particular expertise in technical due diligence, feasibility, development appraisals and fund monitoring. Throughout his career, he has covered a wide range of sectors, including hotels & leisure, industrial and mixed-use and he has advised on numerous investment acquisitions and developments both in the UK and across mainland Europe.

 

Prior to joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, Andrew was Head of the London Building Consultancy team of GVA, which is today known as Avison Young. In the past, he has worked with high-profile clients including British Airways Pension Trustees Limited, Invesco Real Estate and Principal Real Estate Europe.

The team’s insight and varied client base is more relevant than ever before in today’s market. The business line comprises over 50 members of staff across six offices providing services including building surveying, project management, architectural design and cost consultancy.
