BNP Paribas Real Estate was instructed to advise Paloma Capital on the acquisition of Greens Industrial Estate, Wakefield, which comprises 21 units totalling 345,006 sq ft and is let to 16 tenants.

 

The solution

We successfully acquired the property on behalf of Paloma Capital from Cording Real Estate in August 2018. The sale price of £13.97 million reflects a net initial yield of 8.54%, while the passing rent totals £1,273,440 per annum, reflecting an average of £3.69 per sq ft.
