The Challenge 

To enhance asset value, we were engaged by Swiss Life Asset Managers to drive an improvement in their BREEAM in Use certification for two assets and GRESB Assessment across four key assets within the portfolio, consisting of office space, retail and hotel.  

Our Approach 

The team systematically gathered and then reviewed sustainability information drawing on experience and expertise required for BREEAM certification. In addition, they collaborated with 16 occupiers to gather energy consumption and sustainability data. 

Successful Outcome 

The team achieved the target score of Very Good for BREEAM in Use and collected approximately 84% of the area covered for the GRESB Assessments.
