The challenge

Situated within 100 yards of Cardiff Central station, the formerly derelict and partially listed Custom House represents a crucial element in the regeneration of the city centre. BNP Paribas Real Estate was instructed to secure institutional forward funding for the complex development, which required multiple consent to be obtained from stakeholders including the council, Network Rail and adjoining owners/occupiers.
