With the lifting of COVID-19 lockdown measures, conversation around changes to offices continue. It is worth noting however, that many of the changes now being discussed were already beginning to emerge before the pandemic, including a trend towards the increased use of breakout space, informal meeting areas and a focus on sustainable office environments. The pandemic has simply accelerated these trends but much is still to be defined.
BNP Paribas Real Estate continues to be at the forefront of discussions around the future of the office, providing clients with the most up to date research reports and comment pieces from our industry experts.
