INDUSTRY AWARD SUCCESS FOR LEEDS-BASED PROPERTY MANAGER
Jon Henley, a Property Manager based at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Leeds, has won the Property Week Management Allstars Award for ‘Young Property Manager of the Year’.
The award was presented to Jon on Thursday 1st November at a ceremony held at London’s Grosvenor House, where he was up against nine other nominees.
The award was based on a number of criteria, which included providing evidence of commendable leadership skills, integrity, fairness and excellent relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Jon has worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate for three years, with 10 year’s total experience as a property manager, acting for a number of leading funds and investors. He has established himself as a key member of BNPPRE’s wider Leeds team headed by Richard Dunhill, servicing the growing and dynamic northern commercial property market.
Jon said: “I am so pleased to have won the Young Property Manager Award. It was incredibly flattering to be nominated by my colleagues and manager, but to have won as well is brilliant. Although this is an individual award, it was only possible due to the hard work of the wider team and the support from my managers – it really is an accolade for the whole Property Management team.”
Steve Harber, Head of Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate, commented: “We are delighted that Jon has been recognised for his outstanding work. He is an exemplary example of a Management Surveyor and his maturity and measured nature go well beyond what you would expect at his age and stage of career. Jon works within a team of fantastic property managers who consistently go above-and-beyond for their clients. It is great to see all their efforts being rewarded.”
