In April 2014, we completed on the first major deal at The International Quarter Stratford. Our City agency team, together with our international investment team, have agreed a letting of 430,000 sq ft to the Financial Conduct Authority. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has agreed a move away from Canary Wharf to anchor the Stratford International Quarter development next to the Olympic Park.

Once completed, the Stratford International Quarter will include 4m sq ft of office space, as well as 250 new homes, a hotel and 52,000 sq ft of shops and restaurants.
