Employee Forum

BNP Paribas Real Estate's Employee Forum acts as an employee consultative group within the business.

It has been established to give employees the opportunity to improve two-way communication between employees and the leadership of the business, raise questions, provide feedback and ultimately help shape the future of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The Forum is hosted and chaired by a member of the Executive team and meets at least twice a year (April and October), to discuss a range of issues including:

  • Company strategy and structure
  • Company economic and financial situation
  • Business development
  • Employment trends
  • Substantial organisational changes
  • HR legislation
  • Health and Safety issues
  • Enviromental issues
