Strutt & Parker have doubled their previous quarter prediction of 5% best-case scenario growth in 2021 for the UK to 10%, with a downside risk of 5% growth.
The best-case scenario growth for Prime Central London (PCL) this year remains at 5%.
They have also upgraded the five-year forecasts, estimating price uplift in the UK of between 20% and 35% (previously 15% and 25%) and in PCL the forecast remains at between 15% and 35% growth.
