The UK government has provided updated advice and guidance for those buying or selling private residential property during the current COVID-19 crisis.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government has advised buyers and sellers that there is no need to pull out of transactions during the COVID-19 crisis. However, parties should instead be as flexible as possible during the house purchasing process and be aware that the process is likely to take longer than usual.
