Technology certainly has a role to play in this and our teams have experienced a huge demand for virtual viewings throughout lockdown, up 93 percent in London between 10 March and 10 May. During lockdown, virtual viewings have been invaluable, as they have allowed our teams to continue to support their clients in a safe way. Going forward, virtual viewings will not replace physical viewings but instead, will help to generate interest for listings and to narrow down the preferred shortlist of properties.
