The first paper provides an insight into who is driving the demand for the most important property type in the South East.- Modern space is the user's preferred choice accounting for 59% of South East lettings
- TMT remains the largest sector but its relative importance has fallen
- Most modern space is taken up in the Thames Valley
- Reading is the top location for the TMT sector in the Thames Valley
